1. How can I pick up the items?

We provide store pickup and home delivery service.
Store address:

Shop 237, Level 2, Mira Place 1, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon

Delivery service:

The delivery service is provided by SF Express. Customers in Hong Kong can choose to deliver to the default address, SF business station, SF stores, SF service partners or EF-lockers.


For all SF Express pickup addresses, please visit https://www.sf-express.com/hk/tc/ for details.

In addition, we provide the delivery service in Macau, fill in the correct Macau address at the checkout on our website to enjoy our service.

Please note that based on the Lei do Comércio Externo (Foreign Trade Law), all Le Comtoir Aroma products from our website will not be sent to Macau.

2. How to choose pick-up service in our store?

After entering the checkout page, select "Send to designated location", and then click "Continue payment". When you go to the next page, select "Pick up" and continue.



3. How to choose SF stores or EF-lockers to pick up the products?


After entering the checkout page, select "Pick up at a EF locker, SF stores, etc.". Then select the pick-up location and continue.



4. How to choose delivery to Macau?

After entering the checkout page, select "Send to designated location", and then click "Continue to pay". When you go to the next page, select "Ship", select "Macao Special Administrative Region of China" under "Country/Region" and fill in the Macau address, you can continue to complete the payment.

Please note that based on the Lei do Comércio Externo (Foreign Trade Law), all Le Comtoir Aroma products from our website will not be sent to Macau.


5. How long can I pick up the products after payment?

Products can be picked up within 2-4 days in the case of sufficient stock.



6. How is the shipping fee calculated?

Free shipping fee will be offered to our customers if choosing pick-up service in our store in Hong Kong.

In Hong Kong:

Shipping fee of $80 on each order will be charged for each purchase with less than HK$400; free delivery services will be offered for a minimum purchase of HK$400.


In Macau:


Shipping fee of $100 on each order will be charged for each purchase with less than HK$800; free delivery services will be offered for a minimum purchase of HK$800.

Please note that based on the Lei do Comércio Externo (Foreign Trade Law), all Le Comtoir Aroma products from our website will not be sent to Macau.



7. Does it support overseas shipping?

For the time being, delivery services in Hong Kong and Macau are supported only.

8. How can I pay?

Our website accepts payments from Visa / Mastercard / Paypal.



9. I purchased an unsuitable product, can I return it?


There is no return or exchange service for all products on our website after purchasing.



10. My products are damaged after delivery, what can I do?


We will always check if the product is damaged at the time of shipment. Any damage made is due to the fault of the third party during the transportation, and our website will not make any compensation.

If the product packaging is made of fragile materials such as glass, we will clearly list in the product description. In order to avoid loss and risk to our customers, choosing "pick-up at store" while purchasing products which are fragile are recommended.



11. I have become a member in the L'ROSACE store. Will points be calculated for shopping on the website?


We are sorry to inform you that our website does not support member reward point programme at this moment. The amount purchased on our website does not count member reward points of L'Rosace. Please visit our store if you need any point and/or gift redemption.


We are actively improving our membership system. 2021 is our goal year that members can join our reward point programme while shopping both online and offline, and use member exclusive offers!
